HMC703LP4ETR Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Digi-Reel? method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.7V~5.5V.
