As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 40 terminations. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part.
