HMC832LP6GE Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Strip package is used. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 40 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There should be 3.1V~3.5V provided with this RF synthesizer.
