HV9120NG-G Overview


As a result of 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10V~450V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -55°C~125°C TJ rating. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Frequency Control, Reset. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . An array of 16 terminations of dc switching.
