ICE40LP640-SWG16TR Overview


In the 16-XFBGA, WLCSP package, you will find fpga chips. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. The device has 10 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. The basic building blocks of logic contain 640 logic elements/cells. The supply voltage is 1.2V volts. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.14V~1.26V . The FPGA belongs to the iCE40? LP series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ range. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR). In total, it has a total of 16 terminations. A device like this one offers 32768 RAM bits, which is a considerable amount of memory. For the program to work properly, the RAM si4kBe of this FPGA module must reach 4kB GB in order to ensure normal operation. An array of 80 LABs/CLBs is built into the FPGA. Designers can fully utilize its flexibility with 1.2V supply voltage. In order to make the architecture work, 80 CLBs are used.
