In the 36-XFBGA, WLCSP package, you will find fpga chips. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. Its 26 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. There are 3520 logic elements/cells to form a fundamental building block. An electrical supply voltage of 1.2V powers it. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. With a supply voltage of 1.14V~1.26V, this device operates with ease. As part of the iCE40 Ultra? series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~100°C TJ when operating. This FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for space saving. In total, it has 36 terminations on each end. Fpga chips is important to note that this device has a RAM capacFpga chipsy of 81920 bFpga chipss. ICE5LP4K is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. For the program to work properly, the RAM si10kBe of this FPGA module must reach 10kB GB in order to ensure normal operation. This FPGA is built as an array of 440 LABs/CLBs. Providing that this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it will be able to perform according to its specifications in a flawless manner. In order to make the architecture work, 440 CLBs are used.
