ICL7660ISA+ Overview


A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is -20°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 10kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin nVin Vin/2. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 20mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 20mA.
