For greater flexibility, the DIP package is adopted.Bulk is the packaging method.Its configuration starts with 20 terminations.When designing, the device is configured with 20 pins.With a supply voltage of 5V, it is designed to operate.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.20 pins are present on the component.There are 2 outputs integrated for its basis.During operation, the temperature cannot exceed 85°C.Temperatures above -40°C should be considered operating conditions.
