A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.When the supply voltage is 10V~15V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.RC Input Circuit is the input type used in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IR2085S.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 100V.There are several gate drivers in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series, including this one.
