A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.The interface chip of the system is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains various useful electronic components.A board with 8 component pins is available.The basis of the model has 2 outputs integrated.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.-40°C is the minimum operating temperature.Due to its 15V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.Mosfet gate drivers receives an input of SCHMITT TRIGGER.
