The IR2104(S) are high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with high and low side referenced output channels that are dependent on each other. Ruggedized monolithic architecture is possible because to proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technology. Down to 3.3V logic, the logic input is compatible with normal CMOS or LSTTL output. A high pulse current buffer stage is used in the output drivers to reduce driver cross-conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT that works between 10 and 600 volts.
