There is greater flexibility with the 44-LCC (J-Lead), 32 Leads package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 6 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as its input type.It's configured with 32 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IR2131J.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.
