In order to increase flexibility, the package PLCC is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape and Reel.This configuration includes 6 drivers.Initially, the configuration is composed of 44 terminations.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 32 pins when it is designed.There is an output current limit of 350mA for this device.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 3 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.When the supply voltage is 20V, it is at its maximum operation.For operation, 10V is the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 15V.
