IR2151 Overview


For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.Tube is the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.In the direction of Through Hole, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses RC Input Circuit as Mosfet drivers input type.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2151.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.
