IR2181S Overview


In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.A package of Tube has been used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.There are 8 terminations to form the base of its configuration.There are various related parts under its base part number IR2181S.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
