For greater flexibility, the DIP package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Bulk.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.There are 8 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mounting the device requires Through Hole.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.There are 8 component pins on the board.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 150°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.For operation, it requires a voltage of 20V.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 5V must be maintained.In addition, technology that is unique can be used to provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT.10V is its output voltage.
