IR2302 Overview


Its DIP package is adopted for higher flexibility.Bulk is the packaging method.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.Its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains various useful electronic components.Components with 8 pins are available.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.150°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.Due to its power supply of 15V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.We can also provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT on the basis of unique technology that we have developed.
