With a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 3 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 8V~16V volts and has 8V~16V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~150°C TJ. It can switch at 200kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control.
