Its SOIC package is adopted for higher flexibility.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.3.3A is the maximum output current.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 200μA.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 20V.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 6V must be maintained.Mosfet gate drivers is outputting a current of 2.3A.A voltage of 20V is used as the output voltage.
