It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 27-PowerVQFN package.Based on the supply voltage of 10V~20V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.When 150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors, DC Motors, DC-DC Converters, General Purpose.Bootstrap Circuit is one of full bridges specific characteristics.A transmission line can be terminated at a 28 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.To operate H bridge circuit, a voltage supply of 15V is required.Basically, it is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the μIPM? series.
