For packaging, Tray is used.A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 36-PowerVQFN.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 10V~20V.Mounted on Surface Mount.-40°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including AC Motors.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Bootstrap Circuit.39 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedances.With a supply voltage of 15V, H bridge circuit operates.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with AC MOTOR CONTROLLER as its analog IC type.It is a kind of electronic H-bridge belonging to the μIPM? series.When the output reaches 27A, a maximum current is reached.Through the pins of the power supply and output, there is a current of 7A.The Hbridge emits a voltage of 250V.
