IRU3038CF Overview


In the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. A 4.2V~25V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. Switching can be done at 200kHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Frequency Control, Soft Start. IRU3038CF can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is estimated that this dc regulatorhas a maximum frequency of 440kHz. Switching controller operates at 400kHz Hz. DC regulator should be kept at a temperature of 0°C or higher.
