ISL2110ABZ-T Overview


In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.You mount it with Surface Mount.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.There is a maximum output current of 4A that can be achieved.In this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers, there are numerous useful electronic components.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.To maintain higher stability, the supply current should always be 5mA.When the supply voltage is 114V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 8V.4A is the current that it outputs.
