ISL43640IUZ-T Overview


Due to its 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 4:1 represents the number of circuits. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. Total terminations are 10.
