ISL43840IRZ-T Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in QFN, making it easy to ship abroad. There are 20 terminations totally. Due to its 2 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 5V voltage supply. It is part of the design of the 20 series that this electronic component is included. A 45Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. The functions of 20 pins can be found in the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 12V. Digital switch that provides Dual, Single power at a cost-effective price. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 2V. For this digital switch to work, 1μA current would suffice. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 1μA. If put voltage greater than 6V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 2V should be attached. Integrated with SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER analog IC. There is a voltage range of 9V operating voltages for the electrical part. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 85°C.
