ISL43L220IRZ Overview


High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Cut Tape. 10 terminations have been made so far. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. If the voltage supply is 1.8V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 10 pins. Analog switches have 350mOhm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 10 pins functions. In this analog multiplexer, the value is Multiplexer or Switches. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 4.5V to a switch device. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 1.1V. For this digital switch to work, 60nA current would suffice. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 60nA. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. The data can be transferred over a wide range of bandwidths, called 120MHz bandwidths. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used to operate the switches. It can conduct 2-bit signals.
