ISL54048IRUZ-T Overview


The electrical component comes in 10-UFQFN packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there are 10 terminations.
