ISL54050IRUZ-T Overview


High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel. There are 10 terminations totally. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 2 channels. A 3V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. There is an electrical component included in the 10 series. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 500mOhm. The functions of 10 pins can be found in the datasheets. Multiplexer or Switches is a typical switch device. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 4.5V to a switch device. An effective Single supply digital multiplexer. 1.65V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 100nA current. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 100nA. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. There are 120MHz bandwidths for data transfer. A temperature above 85°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer.
