ISL54053IRUZ-T Overview


High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel. Total terminations are 6. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 1 channels. If the voltage supply is 3V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. It has an internal resistance of 860mOhm. To find out what the 6 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. The analog multiplexer shown here is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 5.5V. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. It is recommended to use 1.8V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 75nA. If put voltage greater than 100nA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used to operate the switches.
