ISL54233IRTZ-T Overview


Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel is used to provide high reliability. 12 terminations have been made so far. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. When a voltage supply of 3V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. There are 12 pins injected into the electronic part body. This digital multiplexer has 15Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 12 pins functions. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 4.6V to a switch device. Analogue multiplexer with a Single supply type that is cost-effective. There should be 2.7V voltage fed to the electrical part below 2.7V. 6.5μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 8μA. It can operate from 3V operating voltages. It is possible to transfer data over a 1.6 GHz-bandwidth. Additional features of the electronic component include: FAULT PROTECTED. A temperature above 85°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer.
