ISL6123IR Overview


Packaged in Tube. In order to save space, it is included in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Surface Mount instructs that it should be mounted in the following manner. Temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C when functioning. This system has exceptional performance, which makes it a perfect choice for Power Supply Sequencer. Having a voltage of 1.5V~5.5V allows for high efficiency. As part of this device, an analog IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is used. There are a total of 24 terminations. The peak of the reflow temperature is NOT SPECIFIED. There are a total of 24 pins on it. Identifiable components can be found by using a base part number of ISL6123. High efficiency is possible thanks to the 3.3V supply voltage. A total of 200μA current is supplied. There are 4 channels that can be accessed. It is important to keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 1.5V for normal operation. A maximum supply voltage of 5.5V is set for Vsup (maximum supply voltage).
