ISL6127IR Overview

There is a Tube package for it. As a space-saving measure, it is included in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is obstructing Surface Mount. As long as -40°C~85°C is maintained, the device should function properly. With its exceptional performance, it is an excellent choice for Power Supply Sequencer. High efficiency can be achieved thanks to the 1.5V~5.5V supply voltage. As part of this device, an analog IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is used. In total, it has 24 terminations. At 240, the reflow temperature peaks. In total, 24 pins are present. High efficiency is possible thanks to the 3.3V supply voltage. The supply of current is 200μA. Access to 4 channels is available. Keeping the supply voltage (Vsup) above 1.5V is necessary for normal operation. 5V is the maximum supply voltage.
