ISL6144IRZA-T Overview


A 20-VQFN Exposed Pad case is included. In Tape & Reel (TR) cases, it is convenient to pack the part. I would like to point out that the part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. We give it a voltage of 9V~75V. It is not allowed for this component to operate below -40°C~105°C degrees. It is designed to fit the component that is connected in N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems position. N+1 ORing Controller is the category for the device. There is a N-Channel type of FET.
