ISL6146AFRZ-TK Overview
A 8-VDFN Exposed Pad case is included with it. The Tape & Reel (TR) case is ideal for packing the part. Surface Mount is the way the part is mounted. With 1V~20V as its voltage, it is given a temperature of 0°C. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C~125°C must not be reached by this component. It fits the N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems-connected component. It is classified as a N+1 ORing Controller device by the manufacturer. As far as FET types are concerned, N-Channel can be recognized. Pins are positioned on 8 axes. Based on ISL6146, this part is manufactured. The purpose of this is to make sure that the supply current for the component at 25μA is running as it should be.
