ISL6146BFRZ-T Overview


A 8-VDFN Exposed Pad case is included with it. Packing the part in Tape & Reel (TR) cases is ideal. Surface Mount is the way the part is mounted. An electric current of 1V~20V is applied to it. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C~125°C must not be reached by this component. There is a perfect fit between it and the component connected in N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems. N+1 ORing Controller represents the device category. A type of FET known as N-Channel is a type of FET that can be recognized by its symbol, which can be found on the package. A 8 termination is available on the part. 8 pins are used in the design. It is based on ISL6146. 12V provides its performance.
