The case is 8-VDFN Exposed Pad-shaped. Parts should be packed in Tube cases. I would like to point out that the part is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. An electric current of 3V~20V is applied to it. It is not allowed for this component to operate below -40°C~125°C degrees.
