There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -10°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.A supply voltage of 5V is required for operation.On the board, there are 8 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
