For greater flexibility, the 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tube is the form of the package.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.WGate driversh a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.There is a temperature range for this device of -10°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 5V V.A board with 8 component pins is available.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
