ISL6219ACAZ-T Overview

Capsuled in the 28-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 3. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.75V~5.25V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -10°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 100kHz~1.5MHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. ISL6219A can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
