ISL6224CAZ Overview


In the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 4.75V~5.25V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -10°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 300kHz 600kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. A variety of 16 terminations are available in dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 5V. In addition to "ISL6224", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find. It is recommended to use 4.75V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. Considering the dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.25V input voltage, it is important to take note of this.
