ISL6228IRTZ Overview


Capsuled in the 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 3.3V~25V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for work in a -40°C~100°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~600kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good for efficient switching control. An analog IC with the DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position. Various 28 terminations.
