ISL6244CRZ Overview


The switching controller fits in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 4 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 4.75V~5.25V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 80kHz~1MHz . Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. Various 32 terminations.
