ISL6269IRZ-T Overview


As a result of 16-VQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 7V~25V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -40°C~100°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz~600kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. Various 16 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
