ISL62870HRUZ-T Overview


It comes in a 16-UFQFN package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 3.3V~25V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in a -10°C~100°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Phase Control, Power Good provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs.
