ISL6306CRZ Overview


As a result of 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 4 input. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 4.75V~5.25V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at 80kHz~1MHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 40 terminations.
