ISL6306IRZ-T Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 4 numbers. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 80kHz~1MHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD . A variety of 40 terminations are available in dc switching. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 5V.
