ISL6307AIRZ Overview


In the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 6 output generation. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 80kHz~2MHz . It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . There are many different types of terminations for 48. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 5V.
