ISL6307BIRZ Overview


Capsuled in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For outputs of 6, this dc motor controller is suitable. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 4.75V~5.25V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 80kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 48 terminations. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. A DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V is input. ISL6307 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. An input voltage of 4.75V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. It should be noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 5.25V voltage as input voltage.
