ISL6307IRZ-T Overview

It comes in a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 6, this dc motor controller is suitable. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. It is capable of handling PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.75V~5.25V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 80kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 48 terminations. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 5V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "ISL6307". An input voltage of 4.75V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. A maximum voltage of 5.25V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage.
