ISL6316CRZ-T Overview


In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 4 input. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.75V~5.25V volts and has 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. There is a switch at 80kHz~1MHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at QUAD. Various 40 terminations. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 5V.
